I’m a communications coordinator and strategic storyteller with a creative eye for detail. I’m usually the first point of contact, the steady follow-up, and the person making sure the small things don’t slip—because that’s what keeps people informed, confident, and moving forward.
My sweet spot is mission-led work: rebuilding communication systems, tightening internal processes, and creating education-first social content that turns into real results.
Maintained a 44% tour-to-lease closing ratio consistently each quarter, outperforming both Barrett & Stokely and J.C. Hart's national averages through tight follow-up, clear tour flow, and resident-first communication.
Led resident communications across the UG Crew Connect monthly newsletter, email marketing, and social outreach—keeping residents informed and connected.
Increased resident event attendance from 5–7 to 60–70 consistently by running a repeatable event promo plan across UG Crew Connect, email, and social—clear “what/when/where,” what residents would get (pizza and pool parties, watch parties, yard sales), and day-of reminders—plus launching seasonal moments like the annual Deck-the-Door holiday contest to keep participation high.
Managed Union Green’s Instagram and Facebook by planning and publishing education-first posts and Reels (amenities, availability, tour tips, move-in prep, and community highlights), actively monitoring and responding to DMs/comments, and guiding prospects from questions to next steps with clear CTAs—helping turn social visibility into booked tours and stronger leasing momentum.
Created document + process checklists (especially lease renewals) to keep multi-community work consistent, staying in steady communication through calls, texts, and emails as a first point of contact, improving timeliness and reducing errors by tracking each stage so deadlines and details didn’t slip.
Coordinated move-ins and move-outs with the property manager, corporate, and maintenance by completing pre-inspections 3 days before move-in, logging work orders in ResMan, and sharing a clear punch list so units were work-order-free at move-in and key/inspection handoffs stayed smooth—rolling out the red carpet for every new resident.
Managed lease renewals end-to-end by reviewing corporate rate sheets with the property manager, then drafting and sending renewal letters 90 days out (to support the 60-day notice requirement), following up with a steady touchpoint plan—email, next-day call, then email reminder + text—so residents had everything in front of them with plenty of time to decide, helping maintain an average 60% renewal rate, above the company average.
